Amazing Work – Amazing Team Player

Alanna was by far one of our biggest assets and best hire. She is an amazing coordinator and now a life long friend.

We hired Alanna two years ago and despite a long distance and a long time she didn’t miss a beat. She communicated with us over that span listening to our ideas and contributing her own. She always was enthusiastic, professional, and always had a smile.

On our day of the wedding she made sure to be available the moment we needed her. She has amazing ideas that you don’t think about; such as having us eat in private before everyone else. This allowed us to have some time to ourselves, eat our dinner but still have plenty of time to mingle when everyone else ate. With the parents and family she acted as that much needed barrier when they became demanding wanting to know times, and order of events, she took over and answered all their question, saving us another headache.

She was on point, and worked so hard on our big day it showed. She never flinched when we needed her, making sure things went smoothly, if there was a problem we had no idea because she took care of it. She’s worth it and amazing at her job. I can’t say enough how much value she is in a wedding. We, and our guests were so happy, and we are happy she got to be part of our big day.

Alanna went so far above and beyond — she was there with us far more than just the day of, she answered every single question with a smile, thought of things we hadn’t even considered, and took on every last detail. We literally cannot imagine having our day without her, she is hands down the best money you can spend on your wedding. We worked with her for bartending as well, and it was flawless – we got so many compliments from our guests on the bartender, as well as on Alanna’s making everything go so smoothly while staying in the background.

A few of my favorite moments from working with Alanna that encapsulate her:

When discussing what to do for the seating chart, she told me “come up with anything you want, show me a picture, and I’ll make it happen, nothing is too complicated”

She offered up several of her own accessories to make the day special and save us some money, from table numbers to seating chart framework.

On the day of, after we had dinner we asked her to save the leftovers in case we were hungry later, and she replied, “don’t worry, I already put tacos and cookies in your hotel room in case you want them when you get home”

Besides all of this, she is an absolutely wonderful human and delightful to work with. She treats you like you’re her only wedding even though she is oh so busy, and truly makes your weekend feel special and stress-free. This is the best money you can spend on your wedding!!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Alanna!

Because of Alanna and her assistant, our wedding went so smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and was able to actually enjoy the wedding, eat(!!), and have such an amazing time with friends and family.

Since day 1, Alanna was so on top of things and organized. She was patient, even when my husband (I can’t get used to saying that) and I had no idea what we were doing. She dealt with my difficult early morning schedule and made it work (we had a brunch wedding and I did NOT have to wake up at the crack of dawn, thank you Alanna!!). And on top of that, Alanna was the sweetest and was so personable. Alanna is amazing at what she does and I highly, highly recommend her.

One of the Best Decisions We Made!

Hiring Simply Sweet Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for our day, if not the best. Alanna was beyond amazing from Day 1 and went above and beyond to make sure any questions we had were answered, every detail was taken care of, and gave us invaluable guidance on multiple aspects of our day that we were struggling to figure out.

She is so knowledgeable and thoughtful and it truly shows in her work. We had to postpone our wedding by a year for the pandemic and she never missed a beat as she helped us through the craziness of rescheduling.

We felt 100% confident going into our day knowing we had someone so capable who truly cared about helping us have the best wedding possible. Our day was incredible because of her and her team and we will forever be grateful that we hired them!

In preparation, Alanna held multiple virtual meetings (we live in Houston and was during Covid), walked us through the wedding day and vendor process, all the while keeping in mind the bigger picture and making sure our day went beautifully.

From coordinating the caterer, band, and photographers to handling countless other tasks, we could count on Alanna to and handle tasks so we could enjoy the day stress free.

She’s got your back!

We used Brushy Creek Events All-Inclusive package and we were so lucky to get Alanna as our day-of-coordinator!

Before our wedding, Alanna met with us until we had everything finalized and she made sure that if we needed anything she was only a text or call away.

During the day of the wedding, she made our vision come to life! I’m pretty sure placing personal decor was not part of her job, but she did it anyways! I was not stressed at all during the wedding because I know Alanna had our backs!

After the event, she took care of the clean up and made sure our personal decor made it back to our hotel room. She even returned a few rentals items for us without us even asking, giving us less stuff to do after the wedding!

Alanna was so great to work with and from the moment we met her, I knew we were in good hands! Our wedding went so smoothly all because of Alanna. Please do yourself a favor, and hire her for your wedding!

Alanna was one thing that made our wedding as smooth and easy as it could be.

Throughout the entire process, she guided us on things we would need and didn’t let any detail, small or big, go without some thought. I can’t not express how thankful my daughter and I are for Alanna’s work and support throughout this process. Due to the pandemic, it only took us 3 tries, but she stuck through it with us!

I’m not really sure I can put into words how amazing it was to work with her. We loved her from the very first meeting and knew we were in good hands. It was like making a new friend! She is patient, knowledgeable, organized, and I could go on and on!

She is the BEST!

I can’t say enough great things about Alanna!

We hired her to be our wedding coordinator while we were planning a destination wedding in Austin. We were stationed in Japan throughout the pandemic and she went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were comfortable with everything happening even from the other side of the world.

We eventually had to cancel our wedding because we were not able to travel during the pandemic and when we did she was completely understanding and so helpful.
